Job Duties

  • Provide high levels of service to clients according to Hermes standards by greeting, assisting, and wrapping purchases
  • Support sales process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the floor, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom
  • Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor, maintain stock of bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery
  • Assist client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host duties as needed
  • Support after-sales activities including logging repairs and maintaining records
  • Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
