Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide high levels of service to clients with friendly greeting and assistance at point of sale
  • Support sales team with selling process including hanging merchandise and retrieving stock
  • Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards
  • Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
  • Assist with after sales areas including logging repairs and maintaining active records
  • Answer phones promptly with friendly and appropriate customer service
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
