Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to stand for extended periods

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to perform clerical and physical tasks as needed

Job Duties
- Consistently provide high levels of service to clients within the Hermes standard of service
- support the sales team with selling process including hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, and physical preparation of stock room
- organize and prioritize work station and selling floor to support sales efforts, ensuring all items such as bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, and stationary are stocked
- support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
- support after sales areas including logging in repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active records
- answer phones promptly exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service
