Job Duties

  • Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, assisting, and packaging
  • Support the sales team with merchandising tasks such as hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and organizing stock room
  • Maintain work station and selling floor by stocking necessary items and ensuring merchandise standards
  • Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
  • Assist after sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records
  • Answer phones promptly with friendly and appropriate customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
