Job Duties
- Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, assisting, and packaging
- Support the sales team with merchandising tasks such as hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and organizing stock room
- Maintain work station and selling floor by stocking necessary items and ensuring merchandise standards
- Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host activities
- Assist after sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records
- Answer phones promptly with friendly and appropriate customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
