- Greet our customers, listen to their needs, and help present solutions that work within their budget and lifestyle
- Partner with all team members to create a seamless in-store sales transaction and a positive home delivery experience
- Set and achieve individual sales goals
- Build long-lasting customer relationships and drive sales through clienteling
- Proactively seek out and solve problems
- Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies
