- prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cover the front desk
- greet guests to the Athletic Center
- manage guest check-in and verify visitor approval with staff before entry
- track appointments through the departmental email system
- answer and direct calls on the main phone line
- assist with collating credit card information
- perform office tasks such as filing, sorting mail, bulk mailings, and shredding
- conduct limited vehicle audits as needed
