Job Duties
- Greet and welcome office visitors, offering refreshments and meeting other needs
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail deliveries and packages
- Assist in planning in-office events, meetings, and luncheons
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked
