Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service preferred
  • current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks
  • ability to remain calm and exercise good judgment in emergencies
  • resident and customer-focused problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • current CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain
  • excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • ability to deal with stress and act responsibly with good judgment in an emergency situation
  • ability to use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving

Job Duties

  • Welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community
  • answer resident questions
  • address simple resident needs
  • monitor emergency response and community systems
  • receive and direct all incoming calls
  • provide a warm and professional first impression
  • maintain clear and organized communication systems
