Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- must have or obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- ability to act responsibly and use good judgment in emergencies
- ability to use a customer-focused approach to problem solving
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to become certified
- excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice

Job Duties
- Welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community
- answer resident questions and address simple resident needs
- monitor the emergency response and other community systems
- receive and direct all incoming calls
- manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills
- act responsibly with good judgment in emergency situations
- use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving
