- physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods, including rain, snow, sleet, etc
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays due to the campus event schedule

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- direct drivers to available parking spaces and manage the flow of traffic within the parking area
- monitor parked vehicles to ensure compliance with facility rules and time limits
- collect parking fees
- operate manual payment systems
- maintain the safety of the parking facility, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs
- provide information and assistance to customers regarding parking policies, directions, or facility services
- enforce parking rules and escalate issues to security or management when appropriate
