Job Requirements
- minimum of three months hospitality or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- reliable transportation provided by employer to worksite
- ability to work varied hours and days including weekends
- ability to stand, bend, and lift as required by housekeeping duties
- willingness to occasionally operate light company vehicle
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with housing policies if using employer-provided housing
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least three months of experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- ability to operate company vehicles weighing less than 8,000 lbs and carrying less than 15 passengers if required
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to teamwork and integrity
Job Duties
- clean and maintain all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas
- vacuum floors
- dust surfaces
- launder and replenish linens and towels
- remove trash from units
- strip units of soiled linens
- disinfect bathrooms
- wash windows
- report lost and found items to management
- assist in maintaining storage closets
- perform weekly service checks
- empty trash, lint traps, and vents
- use company vehicles to transport tools and supplies
- walk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure cleanliness
- move furniture as directed
- make guest deliveries
- assist in linen inventories, including sorting and cleaning dirty linen
- fold or iron clean linen and deliver supply bags
- perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
