- three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- weekend availability required
- ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces
- perform general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
- maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
