This position is for a dedicated and experienced Residential Housekeeper who will provide a variety of cleaning duties to maintain a comfortable, sanitary, and orderly environment in an Executive's residence. Job Requirements
- Five years experience as a full-time household or residential housekeeper
- possess a valid drivers license
- have a working vehicle
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- moderate English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- be physically able to perform continuous standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities
- able to follow safety procedures when handling cleaning products and equipment
- must have good organizational and attention to detail skills

- able to operate cleaning equipment safely
- moderate levels of English reading comprehension, writing, and speaking

Job Duties
- Thoroughly dust and polish furniture, woodwork, and light fixtures
- vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- clean, iron, fold, and hang laundry
- store linens
- thoroughly wash windows when needed
- make beds daily and timely exchange bedding
- thoroughly clean and sanitize bathroom and kitchen surfaces and appliances
- timely remove trash and other disposable items
- ensure cleanliness of all laundry including dry cleaning
- safely handle cleaning products
- safely and efficiently operate cleaning equipment and tools
- maintain adequate supply of cleaning products
- maintain and organize stocked cabinets and refrigerator
- provide care for pets including feeding, cleaning, health, and waste removal
- notify appropriate personnel of problems and issues
- shop for groceries and perform errands as directed
- comply with company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as needed
