Job Duties
- greet customers and assist with locating products
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- bag groceries and assist with carry-outs as needed
- address customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors
- restock shelves and maintain product displays
- ensure items are properly labeled and priced
- rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items
- maintain cleanliness of aisles, restrooms, and common areas
- sanitize carts, baskets, and checkout stations
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- assist in produce, deli, bakery, meat, or dairy departments as assigned
- perform basic food prep, packaging, and stocking duties
