Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, talk or hear regularly
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls frequently

Job Qualifications
- No prior experience or training required but hotel preferred
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Job Duties
- Carry luggage to guest rooms
- handling of baggage for tour groups
- give a good impression of the hotel when guests arrive
- assist in maintaining the concierge desk in the absence of bell captain or concierge
- always monitor Trump International standards
- man doorman's position in his absence
- check out and assist guests with luggage
- check luggage in check room for late departure guests
- give all guests good and personal service
- assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel
