Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
ability to work on-campus in Juneau, Alaska
minimum 2-3 years of cooking experience
knowledge of health and safety regulations
ability to plan and execute menus for up to 150 customers
experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
willingness to complete background check

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years cooking experience in restaurant settings
grill and hot line experience preferred
knowledge of health and safety regulations and training
ability to plan and execute menus for large groups
excellent customer service skills
knowledge of cash handling practices
experience with point-of-sale and inventory control systems
understanding of food handling and sanitation requirements for DEC approved operations
