Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage leadership
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality or related discipline preferred
  • Strong understanding of culinary and restaurant industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Proven track record of handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Commitment to uphold health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant discipline is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of culinary and restaurant trends
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with strong networking ability
  • Results-oriented with flexibility to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a strong team culture

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Restaurant teams
  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of the restaurants focusing on service and operational logistics
  • Create and support an engaged work environment to deliver a welcoming and personalized guest experience
  • Conduct daily line ups with the team to review hotel information, service stations, and specials
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained with the highest standards of quality and visual appeal
  • Handle guest concerns promptly, logging and notifying appropriate departments
  • Schedule team members in accordance with labor management standards
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and pursue guest feedback
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new offerings and share ideas to improve the dining experience
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs based on guest feedback surveys, colleague feedback surveys, and financial results
  • Assist in overall hotel management responsibilities as required
  • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
