Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Country Living editorial team to understand the vision and goals for the fair
  • manage vendor logistics including booth assignments contracts and communication
  • oversee the setup and breakdown of the fair ensuring a smooth process
  • coordinate with the fairgrounds team to address any site-related issues or requirements
  • help develop and implement a comprehensive event schedule including speaker sessions and demonstrations
  • handle on-site event management ensuring a positive experience for attendees and vendors
  • address any last-minute changes or challenges with a calm and professional demeanor
  • collect and analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • assist with post-event reporting and provide recommendations for future fairs
