Job Requirements
- Temporary contract hourly employment
- Availability from March 1st through March 15th with standard shift hours
- Willingness to work Sunday to Sunday from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M.
- Commitment to embody Lilly Pulitzer core values
- Ability to work on feet and lift required weights
- Adherence to company policies and operational procedures
- Must reside in or near Palm Desert CA area
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail or client service experience in fashion retail or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and maneuver on sales floor and back of house during shifts
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Effective communication skills with clients wholesale team and onsite management
- Residency in or near Palm Desert CA area
Job Duties
- Understand overall Lilly Pulitzer brand including lifestyle client merchandise and heritage
- Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure positive client experience
- Drive sales by providing exceptional service and maintaining brand elevated merchandising presentation on floor
- Engage clientele by sharing product knowledge and active listening communication
- Provide feedback to Wholesale team on selling opportunities and successes
- Ensure merchandise backstock is well organized in stockroom for replenishment
- Understand procedures for receiving new merchandise and handling discrepancies per operational policies
- Contribute to positive environment through effective communication teamwork and partnership with vendors and management
- Ensure standards of cleanliness maintenance and organization in stockroom and selling floor
