Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the dishwasher ensuring proper washing rinsing and sanitizing procedures
- Keep the dish area clean and organized throughout your shift adhering strictly to all cleaning and sanitation guidelines for food safety and health code compliance
- Manually scrub and sanitize pots pans and kitchen tools
- Scrape sort and efficiently load dirty dishes into the machine
- Unload inspect and organize clean dishes for proper storage
- Transport and restock clean dishes glassware and utensils to designated areas
- Assist as needed including emptying trash cleaning tilts and kettles spot sweeping mopping and restocking sorting silverware
