Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service or dishroom experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain on feet for long durations
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- operate and maintain the dishwasher ensuring proper washing rinsing and sanitizing procedures
- keep the dish area clean and organized throughout your shift adhering strictly to all cleaning and sanitation guidelines for food safety and health code compliance
- manually scrub and sanitize pots pans and kitchen tools
- scrape sort and efficiently load dirty dishes into the machine
- unload inspect and organize clean dishes for proper storage
- transport and restock clean dishes glassware and utensils to designated areas
- assist as needed including emptying trash cleaning tilts and kettles spot sweeping mopping and restocking sorting silverware
