Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- one year of internship or professional experience in fundraising, preferably in events and/or non-profit
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- understanding how to prioritize workload
- being detailed-oriented in a fast-paced work environment
- strong writing skills
- computer and database skills including mail merges in Microsoft Word and familiarity in Microsoft Excel
- knowledge of non-profit software such as Tessitura or Raiser's Edge is a plus
- availability for some evening and weekend hours

Job Duties
- Drafting confirmation emails
- processing gift contributions
- concert ticket implementation
- writing print material copy
- implementing all mailings including save-the-date, invitation letters, invitations, FedEx concert ticketing, acknowledgements and tax receipts
- organizing calligraphy
- facilitating onsite preparations for each event
- maintaining the Tessitura database to ensure donor records are updated
- monitoring the Special Events inbox and hotline
