Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of cashier experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days
- Ability to maintain cashier end of shift audits and return processes in accordance with company policies
- Strong interpersonal skills with polite, friendly, and positive customer service attitude
- Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of previous cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
- Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
- Ability to handle customer concerns and answer their questions appropriately
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to each customer's needs
- Strong communication skills to speak knowledgeably and overcome language barriers
Job Duties
- Greeting the customer with a smile and eye contact and offering your name
- Interacting genuinely and naturally with the customer
- Acting as an ambassador to the Insider Program
- Engaging customers in verbal and nonverbal conversation at Cashwrap and while in line
- Performing cashier end of shift audits in partnership with store management
- Verifying, approving, and completing return processes in accordance with policy
- Assisting in training and development of Cashiers in partnership with management
