Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of cashier experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days
  • Ability to maintain cashier end of shift audits and return processes in accordance with company policies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with polite, friendly, and positive customer service attitude
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of previous cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
  • Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and answer their questions appropriately
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to each customer's needs
  • Strong communication skills to speak knowledgeably and overcome language barriers

Job Duties

  • Greeting the customer with a smile and eye contact and offering your name
  • Interacting genuinely and naturally with the customer
  • Acting as an ambassador to the Insider Program
  • Engaging customers in verbal and nonverbal conversation at Cashwrap and while in line
  • Performing cashier end of shift audits in partnership with store management
  • Verifying, approving, and completing return processes in accordance with policy
  • Assisting in training and development of Cashiers in partnership with management
