Job Requirements
- Minimum legal age to serve alcohol in Indiana
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Willingness to obtain a bartending license
- Adherence to food safety guidelines
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically
- Clearly describe and explain diverse food and beverage offerings
- Accurately create guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages ensuring continuous service throughout the meal
- Present guest checks and secure payment efficiently
- Carry food and beverage items using trays between dining rooms, kitchen, and bar
- Perform necessary accounting processes to meet server banking standards
