Job Requirements

  • Passionate about food and beverage
  • Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
  • Experience in beverage operations
  • Team player and hard worker
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Create innovative cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent guest service and build rapport with customers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth beverage operations
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
