- ability to lift and move objects under 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments
- clean all equipment and work areas
- secure doors at closing
- check with captain or supervisor before leaving at shift end
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas including ice and glassware
- remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture and instruments as per guidelines
