Job Requirements
- Knowledge of audio/visual equipment such as video projectors, monitors, touch screens, digital cameras, mixing consoles, microphones, computers
- possesses robust communication and interpersonal skills
- available evenings and weekends
- customer service or hospitality experience is preferred

- ability to effectively manage multiple client interactions
- familiarity with event scheduling and coordination systems
Job Duties
- Technology setup and tear down
- event technology facilitation
- managing equipment such as microphones, video recorders, broadcasting tools, lighting, and other visual aids during an event
- troubleshooting any issues as they arise
- communication with clients
- contact internal and external customers about equipment needs
- ensures event information is complete and up to date in the scheduling system
