Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night
- comfortable performing customer service and hospitality duties overnight
- able to lift and carry 25 pounds
- able to operate janitorial equipment
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- previous customer service or hospitality experience
- willingness to work Thursday through Monday from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
Job Qualifications
- able to remain awake and alert throughout the night to quickly respond to emergencies
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred
- able to move tables and furniture periodically, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds, and operate janitorial equipment
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality, and working overnight hours preferred
Job Duties
- perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas to prepare and organize the community for the upcoming day
- monitor and respond to emergencies such as the resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and the fire alarm panel
- call emergency personnel including 911 when appropriate
- assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, and performing assorted cleaning
- be the sole go-to-person of the community during the 3rd shift
- provide support to residents while preparing the community for the upcoming day
- live by core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
