Job Requirements
- Physical ability to stand, climb or balance, stoop or kneel
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
- Proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques are required
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service operations skills preferred
- Superior skills in interaction with guests preferred
- Prior bussing and/or restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs
- Maintains a clean work environment in front of house
- Restock all supplies including grill plates, utensils, plateware
- Clean hoods and set up grill foundation before opening hours
- Scrape and clean inside of grills
- Send all dirty grease and charcoal holders to the dishwasher
- Maintain a positive atmosphere and be polite to customers
