Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bussing or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to stand, kneel, and balance during shifts
- Capable of lifting/moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Basic vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
- Willingness to follow proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service operations skills preferred
- Superior skills in interaction with guests preferred
- Prior bussing and/or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy environment

Job Duties
- Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs
- Maintains a clean work environment in front-of-house
- Restocks all supplies including grill plates, utensils, and plateware
- Cleans hoods and sets up grill foundation before opening hours
- Scrapes and cleans the inside of grills
- Sends all dirty grease and charcoal holders to dishwasher
- Maintains a positive atmosphere and is polite to customers
- Pushes cart for dishes
- Cleans windows and sweeps floors inside the restaurant
- Changes bussing towels every hour
- Empties bus tubs at delivery station
- Refills water and iced tea containers
- Runs dirty water containers through dishwasher
- Checks restrooms, wipes down stalls, restocks toilet paper and paper towels
- Takes dirty grill holders to back and replaces with new ones
- Takes out trash and washes trash can on cart for drying overnight
- Breaks down bus cart and sanitizes all components
- Separates charcoal holders and rocks into separate bins
- Soaks rocks in bus tub with salt water
- Sends inserts through dishwasher for cleaning
- Takes stools inside and neatly stacks them
- Takes apart hoods and sends to dishwasher
- Preps bin for hood pieces after washing
- Sweeps and mops floors with cleaning solution
