Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Experience stocking and in customer service preferred
- Experience in physically demanding jobs a plus
- Forklift and power jack training provided upon hire
- Ability to work overnight hours
- Ability to lift heavy products safely
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, and moving heavy items
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Stock shelves and refill displays
- Load, unload, and move heavy bulky products
- Condition shelves and products
- Learn and apply product knowledge including rotation dates and label information
- Keep department clean and well-organized including back rooms and shelves
- Apply personal discipline to comply with Standard Operating Procedures and leader directions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation
- Work efficiently with team attitude and maintain productivity standards
- Take constructive feedback and apply learning to future tasks
- May coach or train other stockers
- Operate with team mindset and work cross-functionally within the store
- Model customer service and hospitality with customers and store partners
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions
