Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member
- Progress towards box office cashier certification recommended
- Legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Current alcohol certification and training where required
- Ability to perform public speaking clearly
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately
- Ability to identify problems and gather relevant data
- Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds
- Consistent attendance
- Compliance with dress code and company policies
- Ability to read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member
- Progress towards box office cashier certification preferred
- Possess good public speaking skills
- Demonstrate effective listening and clear communication
- Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
- Identify problems and evaluate information to reach conclusions
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Capable of meeting physical demands of position
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including cash drawer and payment accuracy
- Up sell and suggest Premium Viewing Experience options
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure tickets are sold per MPAA rating system and company policy
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries and phone calls
- Prepare, clean and operate concession equipment
- Manage concession inventory and comply with food safety laws
- Enforce MPAA rating system and monitor auditorium cleanliness
- Manage crowd control and assist guests with seating
- Report unusual situations to management
- Assist with opening and closing theatre duties
