Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- valid forklift license or ability to obtain one
- ability to safely drive yard tractor
- ability to use stairs and ladders regularly
- must be able to keep records and communicate effectively
- must be able to work with maintenance personnel
- ability to make decisions quickly
- 50 percent of time spent operating shuttle car
- 50 percent of time spent standing outdoors, unloading fruit, cleaning, and lifting up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications

- must be able to work and communicate effectively with maintenance personnel
- ability to make quick decisions
Job Duties
- Secure proper fruit load and fruit type from yard
- transport fruit via shuttle car to unloading ramps
- assure each fruit load is weighed at truck scales
- unload fruit at fruit offloading ramps
- report mixed varietals or foreign objects to supervisor
- record load start and stop times using barcode scanner and HMI
- clean extractors and finishers during line clean up
- perform daily mechanical and safety checks on shuttle truck and forklift
- return empty trailers to lot
- clean fruit receiving ramp when not in use
- perform environmental cleaning of offload tunnel and fruit conveyor areas
- follow safety rules and wear personal protective equipment
- adhere to food safety, quality, and personal hygiene practices
- demonstrate reliable attendance and positive attitude
- treat co-workers with respect and professionalism
- act professionally towards customers, vendors, and visitors
- perform additional duties as assigned
- move Agmark tankers in and out of yard
- weigh and stage empty Agmark tankers
- move loaded Agmark tankers to weigh scales, lab Carbis for testing and shipping paperwork
- move finished loaded tankers to designated yard areas
