Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of successful customer service experience
- Ability to operate computers and multi-line telephone systems
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds
- Able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good hearing and vision to communicate and manage documents
- Must pass a background check and physical examination
- Must have no felony or misdemeanor convictions restricting access to criminal justice information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to use computers and computer-related equipment
- Experience multitasking and handling significant public contact
- Proficiency with multi-line telephone systems
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Job Duties
- Answers incoming calls from internal and external customers using a multi-line telephone system
- Screens and directs calls to the appropriate party and takes complete and accurate messages
- Directs foot traffic to the correct department location
- Receives and directs packages, mail, and other deliveries
- Schedules all conference rooms and organizes meetings, training sessions, and vendor events
- Monitors controlled access doors
- Prepares documents, maintains files, and makes copies
