Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in social services field with coordination of services or special projects
- Valid State of Kansas driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Preferred one year experience in aging services or food service
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Food Handlers Training is desirable

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day nutrition service operations ensuring timely meal provision and participant eligibility
- Monitor contractor and sub-recipient use of Nutrition Management Information System (MIS) and KAMIS
- Assist with annual program review of congregate nutrition sites and collaborate on nutrition service reports and performance improvement plans
- Provide training and technical assistance to employees, site managers, contractors, and sub-recipients
- Conduct assessments to assist congregate sites with service access for eligible participants
- Deliver presentations promoting congregate meal sites in Butler, Harvey and Sedgwick Counties
- Coordinate recurring meetings with nutrition site managers to foster collaboration and ensure quality service delivery
- Stay updated on nutrition service trends to recommend program improvements
- Oversee daily program income collection, handling and reporting and assist with donor communications
- Supervise agency congregate meal site coordinators including staff coaching, scheduling, and coverage management
