Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a delivery driver
- valid Class C driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to pass a company driving test, background check and drug test
- able to work early morning flexible schedule including overtime
- ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, lifting
- knowledge of basic food handling requirements
- possess a positive and professional attitude
- good communication skills
- able to work both independently and in a team
- willingness to follow food safety and vehicle operation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a delivery driver

Job Duties
- Verifies the daily delivery plan and route for deliveries
- maintains professional uniform standards and personal hygiene
- performs daily truck checks and ensures proper fuel levels
- inspects fruits and snacks for quality and reports issues
- collaborates with Dispatch on delivery plans and road condition updates
- confirms customer orders against deliveries to ensure accuracy
- engages with customers and representatives using excellent communication and customer service skills
- conducts vehicle pre-check inspections
- spot checks products upon delivery to ensure quality
- exercises good judgment and operational control of delivery vehicle
- packs and loads products onto trucks and unloads as needed
- adheres to food handling and temperature check requirements
- communicates with route dispatcher regarding traffic or delays
- manages packing slips and obtains customer signatures for deliveries
- follows company protocol on customer concerns and promotes company values
- follows safe working practices for vehicle operation and product handling
- keeps truck organized, clean, and sanitary
- reports food safety issues and mechanical problems immediately
- supports preventive maintenance and reports accidents or property damage
- assists kitchen staff with preparation tasks as needed
- completes routine administrative tasks
- performs other duties as assigned
