Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write in Spanish
  • Previous experience in customer service or financial services preferred
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Must be trustworthy and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service in person, for check cashing and money transfer services
  • Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times
  • Balance cash drawer in accordance with procedures
  • Cross-sell money services
  • Assist Branch Manager in team building and problem solving
  • Perform all duties professionally and within the company quality service standards, including maintaining customer confidentiality
  • Successfully complete all applicable compliance training
