Job Requirements
- High school education or GED
- one month to twelve months of related experience
- six months of cash handling preferred
- able to communicate effectively with members and colleagues
- intermediate PC knowledge and basic Microsoft Office skills
- able to move around the branch and sit or stand for extended periods
- able to lift light weights
- detail-oriented
- good interpersonal skills

- six months of cash handling preferred
- intermediate PC knowledge with basic Microsoft Office skills
- excellent communication skills with a pleasant tone

Job Duties
- Receives, evaluates, and processes basic financial transactions, including but not limited to cash and negotiable instrument deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- processes cashier checks, transfers, and cash advances on credit cards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records
- greet and welcome members and potential members in a courteous and professional manner
- promote, explain, and cross-sell credit union products and services
- balance cash drawer daily, research and resolve discrepancies
- assist with reconciling daily transactions
- assist with processing mail, night drop, and ATM deposits
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
