Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months work related experience preferred or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience
  • Ability to work during operating hours including weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled
  • Demonstrated customer service skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Executes TD's Brand promise to customers by delivering a legendary customer experience in the store
  • Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently
  • Processes cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy
  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management as necessary
  • Engages in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately
  • Educates customers on self-service and digital banking options that meet their needs
  • Acts as an advocate for customers by conducting needs-based conversations and referring them to appropriate partners
  • Ensures compliance with company guidelines and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk
  • Balances cash drawers, ATMs, and teller cash dispensers as necessary
  • Adheres to safe deposit box procedures and guidelines
  • Maintains cash drawers and vaults, ensuring appropriate cash limits and security
  • Securely stores confidential customer information
  • Follows dual control and security measures to minimize potential loss
  • Utilizes bank tools to detect and prevent fraud
  • Completes required training by established due dates
