Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months work related experience preferred or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience
- Ability to work during operating hours including weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled
- Demonstrated customer service skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Executes TD's Brand promise to customers by delivering a legendary customer experience in the store
- Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently
- Processes cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with high accuracy
- Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management as necessary
- Engages in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately
- Educates customers on self-service and digital banking options that meet their needs
- Acts as an advocate for customers by conducting needs-based conversations and referring them to appropriate partners
- Ensures compliance with company guidelines and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk
- Balances cash drawers, ATMs, and teller cash dispensers as necessary
- Adheres to safe deposit box procedures and guidelines
- Maintains cash drawers and vaults, ensuring appropriate cash limits and security
- Securely stores confidential customer information
- Follows dual control and security measures to minimize potential loss
- Utilizes bank tools to detect and prevent fraud
- Completes required training by established due dates
