Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a receptionist or call center agent
  • Clear and articulate telephone voice
  • Outgoing telephone personality
  • Grammatically correct use of English spoken and written
  • Bilingual Spanish a big plus
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Windows PC operating system
  • Keyboarding skills to type 40+ wpm
  • Transportation and ability to report reliably as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner with professionalism
  • Assist callers and provide information as supplied by client companies
  • Navigate Windows-based call handling software to screen, announce and connect calls
  • Take accurate messages and electronically transmit them to clients
  • Utilize web-based software to schedule appointments
  • Read and interpret detailed call handling instructions
  • Transition rapidly between answering calls for unrelated companies
  • Serve as an effective team member
  • Perform general office administration
  • Other duties as assigned
