Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a receptionist or call center agent
- Clear and articulate telephone voice
- Outgoing telephone personality
- Grammatically correct use of English spoken and written
- Bilingual Spanish a big plus
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Windows PC operating system
- Keyboarding skills to type 40+ wpm
- Transportation and ability to report reliably as scheduled

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner with professionalism
- Assist callers and provide information as supplied by client companies
- Navigate Windows-based call handling software to screen, announce and connect calls
- Take accurate messages and electronically transmit them to clients
- Utilize web-based software to schedule appointments
- Read and interpret detailed call handling instructions
- Transition rapidly between answering calls for unrelated companies
- Serve as an effective team member
- Perform general office administration
- Other duties as assigned
