Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in related technical field
- Own tools
- Ability to travel within 250 mile radius
- Ability to pass 10 panel drug screen
- Must be physically capable of bending, squatting, walking long distances, lifting over 25 pounds
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to work Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
- Safety sensitive position, clean shaven if required by customer workplace
- Willingness to operate machinery
- Ready to work overtime when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certificate preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with tool proficiency
- Experience as electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer, or similar
- Mobile electronics installer experience
- Automotive electronics technician knowledge
- 12V technician skills
- Willingness to learn telematics installation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
Job Duties
- Install telematics system and devices on vehicles and equipment
- Operate machinery during installation for testing
- Remove and replace ignition systems and integrate with telematics
- Handle installation scenarios from basic wiring to complex CAN network setups
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation problems
- Travel to client sites and rental yards for installations
- Represent EquipmentShare brand in the field
- Occasionally work outside business hours and weekends
