Job Requirements
- Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- legal to work in the US without restrictions
- demonstrate knowledge of the operation of analog and 800 Mhz radio system
- current DCI certification or ability to obtain in 45 days from start of employment
- must be able to type at a minimum 35 WPM
- possess critical thinking skills during emergency situations

- experience working in a 911 dispatch center (preferred)
- EWARRANTS experience (preferred)
- CJ LEADS Certification (preferred)
- knowledge of law enforcement practices (preferred)
Job Duties
- Monitors and operates the CCTV system
- receives incoming routine and emergency calls from the public and airport tenants
- dispatches and maintains contact with police, fire, security, FAA, TSA, maintenance, parking, other airport personnel, and mutual aid as required via analog and 800 MHZ radio systems
- operates and monitors a variety of computer programs, including CAD, local, state and national information networks
- maintains accurate status and documentation of police and fire activities in CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch)
- visually monitors security and alarm systems including internal and external doors, remote gates, fire alarms, smoke detectors, and sprinklers
- assists the public with complaints, information, lost and found or other customer service needs
- performs other related duties as required
