Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, with a focus on telecom or utility sectors
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel extensively within Georgia markets as needed
Job Qualifications
- Several years of construction management experience, preferably in telecom or utility construction
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for extended assignments as required
Job Duties
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of telecom construction projects
- Manage and develop construction supervisors and field teams
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, permitting, logistics, and operations teams
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and contract compliance
- Monitor project performance and resolve issues to keep work on track
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and execution
