Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, with a focus on telecom or utility sectors
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within Georgia markets as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Several years of construction management experience, preferably in telecom or utility construction
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for extended assignments as required

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of telecom construction projects
  • Manage and develop construction supervisors and field teams
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with engineering, permitting, logistics, and operations teams
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and contract compliance
  • Monitor project performance and resolve issues to keep work on track
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and execution
