Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- One year of experience in fertilization and chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation to office or first work site
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle report (MVR) check
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Help conduct applications of chemical products and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
- Help inspect properties beyond those assigned for any issues
- Complete a daily pre-trip inspection report of vehicle, trailers, and equipment
- Contribute to safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety training
- Follow company safety protocols and report safety issues to the team
