Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to the office or first work site
- Safe driving record with ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to accurately diagnose field issues related to insects, diseases, and weeds
- At least one year of relevant experience in fertilization and chemical applications
- Willingness to participate in ongoing safety training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in fertilization and chemical application
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to pesticide and fertilizer application
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Help perform chemical and fertilizer applications at assigned high-profile properties
- Assist in inspecting properties beyond assigned ones for any issues
- Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Participate actively in weekly safety training sessions
- Follow company safety protocols and report safety concerns to the team
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all applications and inspections
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
