Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • minimum one year of experience in fertilization and chemicals
  • reliable transportation to office or first job site
  • safe driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • strong communication skills
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
  • ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to read and follow safety protocols
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Assist in the application of chemical products and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
  • inspect properties beyond assigned areas for any issues
  • complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for vehicle, trailers, and equipment
  • contribute to a culture of safety by actively participating in weekly safety trainings
  • follow company safety protocols and identify and report safety issues to the team
  • operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • maintain accurate records of applications and inspections
