Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- One year of experience in fertilization and chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation to office or first job site
- Clean driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Help perform chemical applications and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
- Help inspect properties beyond those assigned for any issues
- Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports on vehicle, trailers, and equipment
- Contribute to our safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety trainings
- Follow company safety protocols and communicate safety concerns to the team
