Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • One year of experience in fertilization and chemicals
  • Must have reliable transportation to office or first job site
  • Clean driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Help perform chemical applications and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
  • Help inspect properties beyond those assigned for any issues
  • Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports on vehicle, trailers, and equipment
  • Contribute to our safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety trainings
  • Follow company safety protocols and communicate safety concerns to the team
