Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • One year of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
  • Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • Reliable transportation to the office or first job site
  • Safe driving record and the ability to pass a required Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in fertilization and chemical applications
  • Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Help perform chemical and fertilization applications on assigned high-profile properties
  • Assist in inspecting properties beyond the assigned daily routes to identify any issues
  • Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Contribute to the company safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety trainings
  • Follow company safety protocols and proactively identify and report safety concerns
