Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- One year of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- Reliable transportation to the office or first job site
- Safe driving record and the ability to pass a required Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish proficiency is a plus

- Minimum of one year experience in fertilization and chemical applications
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
Job Duties
- Help perform chemical and fertilization applications on assigned high-profile properties
- Assist in inspecting properties beyond the assigned daily routes to identify any issues
- Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Contribute to the company safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety trainings
- Follow company safety protocols and proactively identify and report safety concerns
