Job Requirements

  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • ability to diagnose pest, disease and weed problems in the field
  • minimum one year experience in fertilization and chemicals
  • reliable transportation to office or first job site
  • safe driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle report (mvr) check
  • strong communication skills
  • spanish speaking ability is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist in performing chemical and fertilization applications on assigned high-profile properties
  • assist in inspecting beyond assigned properties for any issues
  • complete daily pre-trip inspection reports of vehicle, trailers and equipment
  • contribute to the safety culture by actively attending and participating in weekly safety training
  • follow company safety protocols and identify and communicate safety issues to the team
