- ability to diagnose pest, disease and weed problems in the field
- minimum one year experience in fertilization and chemicals
- reliable transportation to office or first job site
- safe driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle report (mvr) check
- strong communication skills
- spanish speaking ability is a plus

Job Duties
- assist in performing chemical and fertilization applications on assigned high-profile properties
- assist in inspecting beyond assigned properties for any issues
- complete daily pre-trip inspection reports of vehicle, trailers and equipment
- contribute to the safety culture by actively attending and participating in weekly safety training
- follow company safety protocols and identify and communicate safety issues to the team
