- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, software development lifecycle, and system architecture
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies such as operating systems, networking technologies, cloud platforms like Azure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Proven analytical skills
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Analyze industry reports and market trends to identify cutting-edge technologies that can provide a competitive edge within our infrastructure and for the bank
- Assist in the development and refinement of IT strategic roadmaps and operating models to drive technology transformation
- Act as a bridge between IT teams and various business units to ensure technology plans are aligned with cross-functional strategic priorities
- Support the implementation of enterprise-level network and cloud capabilities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership summarizing research findings, project statuses, and integration performance metrics
- Help incorporate and document domain standards and best practices, specifically focusing on building secure-by-design systems and AI governance frameworks
- Other duties as assigned
